Multi-instrumentalist RYAN has released his heartfelt new single ‘Summer Nights,’ a tribute to his late best friend and songwriting partner, Keaton, coinciding with the first anniversary of Keaton’s passing. Blending singer/songwriter and acoustic pop elements, the track was co-written during the COVID-19 pandemic, with Keaton, despite having no prior musical experience, contributing significantly to the lyrics, including writing the entire second verse. The song, which became a cornerstone of their friendship, was recorded professionally in Austin, TX, in July 2023, where Keaton had the memorable experience of seeing his creation come to life, even playing the triangle in the song’s final moments before his passing a month later.
