Richie McCaw, the celebrated All Blacks icon, has shared that he has shed 20kg of weight post-retirement, by reducing his “unnecessary rugby muscle.”

Since his retirement after the 2015 World Cup win, McCaw has been passionately pursuing ultra-hardcore marathons, and the weight loss has given him a competitive edge.
The retired athlete, who previously weighed 110kg, is now around 90kg after shedding the extra pounds.
