On May 1, Tense Machine released their debut album, Echoes. This three piece hard rock band from Toronto formed recently and released their first three songs, âBest Mistake,â âI Wonât Throw It Away,â and âBottom Of The Bottleâ in May 2019. Echoes opens with âFreak Like Me,â starting with a heavy guitar riff. âBest Mistakeâ is a perfect song to get played on active rock stations. The instrumental introduction of âBottom of the Bottleâ manages to catch your attention from the start. âTake Away the Painâ is a slower song that gets stuck in your head. The guitar solo in âBurned By Youâ is pretty impressive. Listening to âDead Insideâ gives me Pop Evil vibes. The final track on Echoes, âTaking You Out,â is intriguing and one of my favorite songs on the album. Echoes is definitely an album that grows on you the more that you listen to it. Iâd recommend listening to âNothing,â âBurned By You,â and âTaking You Out.â
