Footage showcasing an exchange between Tottenham Hotspur’s supporters and manager Antonio Conte will no doubt bring a smile to the faces of those of a Lilywhites persuasion on Sunday evening.
The clip in question stems from Spurs’ Premier League meeting with Newcastle United a short time ago.
Late in proceedings, with the day’s hosts well on top, the home support around the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium were keen to make their appreciation for the club’s beloved boss known.
Chants of ‘Antonio, Antonio’, in turn, rang out around the ground.
And Conte himself was evidently equally appreciative, responding by turning to face all four sides of the stadium, whilst raising his hands in a round of applause:

Son & Emerson amongst the goals
Conte’s exchange with Spurs’ fanbase of course came in the midst of what proved a stellar evening’s work for all associated with the club.
After falling behind owing to Fabian Schar’s free-kick late in the first-half of action, the capital giants soon came roaring back, turning the clash firmly on its head courtesy of strikes on the part of all of Ben Davies, Matt Doherty, Heung-min Son, Emerson Royal and Steven Bergwijn.
Talk about making an instant impact 😅

In addition, Tottenham’s latest three-point haul means that the north Londoners, for the time being at least, have climbed back into the Premier League’s top-4, leapfrogging rivals Arsenal by means of goal difference.
This comes with Mikel Arteta’s Gunners set to round out the latest slate of fixtures in the English top-flight on Monday night, with a tricky trip to Selhurst Park to face Crystal Palace.
