What is going wrong at Leeds United?
You’d be paid a lot of money if you could adequately answer that question, and one sporting professional believes that he has the answers the Whites are looking for.
Indeed, the Yorkshire Evening Post spoke to Oxford United’s psychotherapist Gary Bloom this week, and he believes that psychological problems could be the root of the problems at Elland Road.
Bloom is a lifelong Leeds United fan, and he believes that the introduction of a psychiatrist at the Yorkshire club could help the Whites in their quest for promotion.

Marcelo Bielsa’s side have won just two of their last nine league games, and the Oxford United employee believes that employing someone of his ilk would be helpful.
To be fair, Phil Hay’s insight a few weeks ago, and Bielsa’s admission after the Whites’ win against Millwall about a confusing first five minutes do point towards mental issues within the squad, and fans believe that Bloom is spot on with his summary of the club’s current problems.

Others stated that they were surprised that Leeds haven’t already spotted these problems themselves.
It has to be said that it is strange that Bielsa’s incredible attention to detail hasn’t led to him exploring this avenue.
