South Africa captain Siya Kolisi was left feeling confused after a minor earthquake hit the Shizuoka region in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
“I felt it. Cheslin (Kolbe, full-back) was sleeping and snoring so I thought it was him. It was something different – I have never felt anything like that. I was excited but scared at the same time.”
Players were woken from their beds as the hotel began to sway. The earthquake only lasted a few minutes.
