Manchester United starlet Tahith Chong is set to reject offers to leave on loan, according to his agent.
The 19-year-old winger made his first team debut under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer last season, ending the season with four appearances in all competitions.
To aid his development, Chong had been linked with a loan move away from Old Trafford, with PSV and Feyenoord reportedly interested in the Dutch youth international.
However, Chong’s agent, Erkan Alkan, has revealed that the forward is determined to fight for his place in Solskjaer’s plans – despite having offers from two different leagues.
“Tahith does not want to be loaned, but [he wants] to fight for his chance at Manchester United,” Alkan told Voetbal International.
“Top clubs from the Bundesliga and La Liga also have him in sight. He has done a strong preparation [for the season], in which he has proven to belong to the better attackers of United.”
Chong earned the award of Man Utd’s Under-23 Player of the Year last season.
