Tottenham leave out Rose
Danny Rose has played close to 200 games for Tottenham’s senior side.
37 of those games came during the 2018/19 campaign.
Despite Rose still seemingly a regular addition in Tottenham’s setup, the defender was left out of Spurs’ pre-season tour squad.
Spurs’ official website gave this reason as to why Rose was absent from said squad:
Vincent Janssen, Georges-Kevin Nkoudou and Danny Rose have been granted additional time off in order to explore prospective opportunities with other clubs.
Tottenham would kick off their pre-season on Sunday with a 3-2 win over Serie A champions Juventus thanks to a late goal from Harry Kane.
Rose to Juventus?
Keeping with Juventus, it is now being reported by the Mirror that the Turin-based club are the frontrunners for Rose’s services.
Sky Sports News have previously claimed both PSG and Schalke are interested in the full-back.
Paris Saint-Germain are just one of the clubs interested in Tottenham left-back Danny Rose, who has been linked with a move away from Spurs this summer. 🇫🇷

But the report from the Mirror also alleges that Newcastle are another club showing an interest in Rose.
Both Sky Sports and the Mirror have put the 29-year-old’s price tag at £20m.
The Telegraph have also recently published an article claiming Rose will not be rushed into finding a new club.
However, the prospect of playing with Cristiano Ronaldo and winning trophies every season may be too good for Rose to turn down.
