England prop Joe Marler and former international teammate James Haskell have been battling for sales after the pair both released their autobiographies earlier this week.
Former Wasps and Northampton back-rower Haskell took to Twitter to celebrate making The Sunday Times bestseller list, with the 35-year-old second behind the legendary David Attenborough in the rankings.
However, Marler questioned the validity of his position in the list, tweeting in hilarious fashion: “This is bulls**! Has to be a fix!!!!! Who you been shagging at the Times?!”
In the battle for sales, Marler has already taken to hiding his former teammates book in Waterstones earlier this week.
The clip from social media is seriously funny and quickly went viral!
We would recommend Marler’s ‘Loose Head: Confessions of an (un)professional rugby player‘ and Haskell’s ‘What a flanker‘ having enjoyed both this weekend while camping.
