Euroleague Basketball has announced disciplinary sanctions pertaining to incidents that occurred in Round 16 of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague regular season. The sanctions are based on infractions of the competition by-laws that all teams are aware of and obliged to fulfill.
Amid the tightest ever race for the EuroLeague Playoffs last season, no team won its Round 29 game in a more dominant fashionthan Maccabi FOX Tel Aviv, whose 55 rebounds against Herbalife Gran Canaria matched the competition’s single-game non-overtime record.
