Harlequins scrum-half Danny Care will go head to head with his teammate Marcus Smith in the Barbarians’ annual fixture against England, according to the Mail Online
Fabien Galthie and Shaun Edwards will take charge of the Baa-Baas on June 19th at Twickenham and have already began approaching players for the showpiece game.
Care and Smith would only take part in the fixture if Quins fail to make it to the Gallagher Premiership final, which takes place the day before.
Meanwhile, former England lock George Kruis is also likely to make his final career appearance against the men in white as he hangs up his boots.
Tickets are on sale now priced from £25 for adults and £12 for under 16s. Group packages are also available on adult tickets. An England XV last hosted the Barbarians in June 2019, with Alex Dombrandt and Marcus Smith among the point scorers as the home side won 51-43.

Danny Care and four other players blacklisted by Eddie Jones
#1. Danny Care
Former England start Kyran Bracken was the first person to reveal why the Quins playmaker was mysteriously frozen out of Jones plans in 2018 despite being a regular up until that point.
“He (Care) made the mistake of speaking his mind to Eddie Jones and questioning how he wanted him to play when he was playing with an England ‘B’ team against Japan in the autumn of 2018,” revealed the former England scrum-half.
“Eddie’s response to that was ‘that’s not the attitude I want’ and he binned him from his plans.”
This story was later backed up by England and Harlequins teammate Mike Brown in his column for the Mail Online with Care confirming he’s been blacklisted
DID YOU KNOW? At age 11 he was invited to join the Academy at Sheffield Wednesday Football Club which meant giving up club rugby union for a few years
