Obviously the best training for playing James Freaking Bond would be rugby, and so it was for Hoylake RFC’s most famous Old Boy, Daniel Craig.
It also goes a long way towards explaining why Craig’s face looks like it’s absorbed a punch or two in its time.
Craig, who can also often be spotted at Twickenham, has now revealed his three favourite rugby players of all-time during a recent Q&A ahead of the release of his new movie.
No Time to Die is a forthcoming spy film and the twenty-fifth instalment in the James Bond film series produced by Eon Productions. The film features Daniel Craig in his fifth and final outing as the fictional British MI6 agent James Bond.
