The Argentine Football Association have this evening confirmed that Spurs midfielder Giovani Lo Celso has picked up a thigh injury.
Tottenham run riot
Mourinho’s Spurs of course proved one of the talking points of the Premier League’s latest round of fixtures.
The Lilywhites made the trip to Old Trafford on Sunday evening, for a highly-anticipated clash.
And what subsequently unfolded over the 90 minutes in Manchester proved nothing short of baffling.
An absolutely rampant performance on the part of the visitors eventually saw Tottenham emerge with a 6-1 victory.
Son Heung-min (2), Harry Kane (2), Tanguy Ndombele and Serge Aurier were all on target, as Jose Mourinho got one over on his former side in style.

Lo Celso latest
One concern on an otherwise superb evening for Spurs on Sunday, however, came on the personnel front.
The north Londoners were forced to make do without the services of Giovani Lo Celso, after the gifted midfielder was surprisingly omitted from the club’s matchday squad to take on United.
An explanation, at the time, was not forthcoming, with the general assumption having been that Lo Celso had picked up a fitness problem.
And, as outlined above, confirmation of exactly that has this evening been forthcoming.
Despite his absence at the weekend, Lo Celso was nevertheless called up for Argentina’s latest round of international fixtures.
Upon his arrival, meanwhile, medical tests were subsequently held, with the Albiceleste having since announced that the former PSG man has picked up a thigh injury:
The player has a muscle injury to his left thigh, which occurred at his club. Yesterday he did not train.
