5. Dan Carter (Blues)

Arguably the greatest fly-half to ever play the game, fans were excited to see Dan Carter join The Blues to star alongside Beauden Barrett. However, due to a niggling injury, the 38-year-old was a glorified waterboy during his time with the franchise, failing to make a single appearance.
