In a move that isn't overly unexpected with the current global situation with COVID-19, with the UK still experiencing significant deaths and infections, the already rescheduled three evenings presenting A Theatre for Dreamers – An Evening of Words and Music with Polly Samson and David Gilmour have been rescheduled to June 2021.All tickets will be valid for the new shows, which have been previewed via The Von Trapped Family broadcasts on Polly's Facebook page, and any new purchases will receive a signed copy of the hardback version of the book by Polly Samson and a signed photo by Polly and David Gilmour, which can be collected on the night of the rescheduled shows from the venues themselves. Existing ticket holders should have already received their book and photo through the post. Here are the revised dates, all in England:Friday 25th June 2021 – Manchester, Royal Northern College of MusicSaturday 26th June 2021 – Birmingham, Town HallMonday 28th June 2021 – London, Central Hall WestminsterIf you are unable to attend the revised date, and need details of refunds, click here (https://www.davidgilmour.com/terms/Terms_and_Conditions.pdf).

Nick Mason’s Saucerful Of Secrets – Rome added to Italy 2024 dates
Some more news for our friends in Italy – Nick Mason’s Saucerful Of Secrets have just announced the date and venue of the Rome concert. They revealed back in December that they would be performing in the city, but there were no further details. Details of the dates and venues of ALL the Italian shows are below. Tickets for the newly announced show in Rome, at Cavea, Auditorium Parco Della Musica on July 21st, go on sale TOMORROW (Tuesday, January 23rd) at 11am local time (10am UK), through TicketOne (https://www.ticketone.it/artist/nick-mason/) and we anticipate that they will sell very quickly. Obviously, should further dates be announced for elsewhere, we’ll let you know – so there’s NO need to email us asking if they’ll be playing in your local town or city, or have any plans to play particular countries. We get asked this an awful lot. If it’s not showing below, we have no idea! We also don’t yet know if there will be any changes to the set list, or anything else. Due to the incredible reaction that Echoes received over the last couple of years, it is likely (although not guaranteed, of course) that they will include this during the show. We’ll all have to wait and see what they decide to play! Here are the dates, with the venue (and revised date) for Rome now included: 18 July – Teatro Arcimboldi, Milan, Italy (https://www.brain-damage.co.uk/nick-mason-s-sos-2024/july-18th-teatro-arcimboldi-milan-italy.html) – TICKETS (https://www.ticketone.it/artist/nick-mason/)

New book announced: Pink Floyd – Captured Through Time
WymerUK.co.uk (https://www.wymeruk.co.uk/webshop/collector-s-items/pink-floyd-captured-through-time/). The book will not be available to purchase elsewhere, so this will be the only place you’ll be able to get a copy. Shown here is the cover of the book, along with some examples of pictures from within its pages. Click the thumbnails to see the images in greater detail. The pictures show, in clockwise order: the cover, the band in 1970 on stage, Roger Waters in 1977 during the Floyd’s In The Flesh tour, and Richard Wright from 1972.
