“No regrets” – Eddie Jones gives ‘zero f***s” about Sir Clive Woodward criticism

Eddie Jones insisted he has ‘no regrets’ over the decision to replace Marcus Smith with George Ford at Murrayfield.

England suffered a 20-17 defeat to Scotland on the opening day of the Six Nations, having surrendered a seven-point lead with less than 20 minutes remaining at Murrayfield.

Woodward was writing in his column for the Daily Mail and criticised Jones for replacing Smith after England had taken control and claimed that nobody in the RFU feels like they can hold the head coach to account.

However, Jones has revealed he has ‘no regrets’ over the decision.

“I’m the best coach in the world with hindsight. I’ve done a few TV commentaries and I was the smartest coach in the world,” Jones said.

“But I made a decision on game day and I don’t have any regrets. I’m looking forward to Italy now.”

Responding to Jones latest comments, one fan suggested that the England boss ‘gives zero f**** about what anybody says.

England will be without Lewis Ludlam after he suffered a rib injury with Joe Launchbury replacing him in the squad.
