Architects performed recently at the House of Blues in Anaheim and it was truly a marvel of a performance to witness. The UK metalcore band has made strides over the decade with their music, however, their sold out performance may have been one of the band’s highlight of their career.
Politically Charged Metalcore Band Does Not Hold Back in Anaheim
Architects have never been a band that filters their artistic expression. The band still held true to the criticism of modern politics and religion through the lyrics of some of the most acclaimed songs such as “Nihilist” and “Doomsday.”
Frontman Sam Carter told the crowd that “it’s always a pleasure to play in California since it’s such a beautiful place.” The crowd shared the same level of gratitude and enthusiasm for the band and their live music as attendants crowd surfed, moshed and all around enjoyed the night of entertainment.
While She Sleep and Thy Art is Murder Acted as Support for the Night
Architects were not the only band from overseas that played in Anaheim that night. While She Sleeps was another band from the UK that supported the bill. Thy Art is Murder also came all the way from Australia to play the House of Blues. It was Thy Art is Murder’s first time in a long time being able to play the venue.
Both bands energy and performance got the crowd energized and pumped for Architects to take the stage.
What Is Next For Architects?
The band will be performing at the famous Rock Am Ring and Rock Im Park festivals in Germany within the coming week. The band will then extensively tour Europe and Australia and will finish out the year at Aftershock Festival in Sacramento, California.
